• If your jewelry ever breaks -
  regardless of the cause - just return it and we will repair it for no charge.
• If your piece doesn't fit properly -
  we will be glad to resize it for you at no charge.  Just return it to us with your required size and we'll get it fitted properly in no time.
• If the item is not what you expected - 
  within the first 30 days if you are unsatisfied with your bracelet for any reason, please return it and we will gladly refund your purchase price (well, alright, we'll be a little sad that you didn't like it, but we understand... ).  Please note that orders for Personalized Designs are not refundable.
